You must follow these steps exactly
Do not proceed to Step Two until you have completed Step One. Do not skip any of the Traffic Exchanges, join them all. They are chosen for a good reason.
1) First get yourself a gmail email address if you do not already have one. Use this email address to sign up at all the traffic exchanges with. If you use a hotmail or yahoo email address you will not receive the confirmation emails from all of the Traffic Exchanges listed and you need to be signed up at all of them for the system to work.
2) Sign up for free at Pageswirl.com using this link:

When you sign up at the Traffic Exchanges put your pageswirl rotator link as your website address. It will look something like this, except it will have your Pageswirl username instead of mine:

For now, just put a website you are already promoting into the Pageswirl rotator on the pageswirl site. When you have everything set up you can change the website in Pageswirl and instantly all of your Traffic Exchanges will be showing your new site.
3) Bookmark this page now. You will need to come back later to finish signing up for the Traffic Exchanges. Do not rush this step, it will take several days of methodical work. Take your time and get used to the fact that you are now following a proven system and will soon have a successful Internet business built around the Traffic Exchange industry. Once you have joined each Traffic Exchange you must click the link in the confirmation email to verify your account. Remember that sometimes emails can end up in your spam or junk mail folder. So, check your spam folder in your gmail to make sure you have not missed any Traffic Exchange confirmation emails.
Add your pageswirl link as your site in each traffic exchange. One or two exchanges may not accept pageswirl, that's ok just put a link to another site you promote for now and make a note of which ones they are as you may need to change the url later.
Make sure you have fully activated your account at each exchange. This varies from exchange to exchange, but usually requires that you surf 25 - 50 pages or so.
(A note about Hit2Hit - when you sign up, surf at least 50 pages and then make sure you surf every few days or your account may be deleted due to inactivity)

Set Up Your TrafficWave Autoresponder
1) Login to your Trafficwave account that you created in Step Two

Click on Autoresponder and then on Create new Campaign.
Give your new campaign the nickname tetactics and the description of Tetactics campaign. Then click Create New Campaign.
On the next screen click Confirm.
In the Campaign Overview screen enter your name, the email address you want to use and the campaign title, call it TE Training. You edit these by clicking on the Signature Tokens link. Then Click Update Signature Tokens.
Then click on Letters.
We are going to add a email which will be sent when a new subscriber is added to your list.
Click Create New Letter
Copy and paste this into the Subject line field:

Once you have completed Step Three, you can continue on to Step Four
Set Up Your Web Hosting
You are going to need some webhosting to host your Lead Capture Page and website pages.
If you already have a webhosting account and a domain name that's great, you can use that.
If you don't have any webhosting then I recommend the webhosting from - WebStarts.com they host some of the biggest Traffic Exchanges. They will also register a domain name for you if you don't have one already.

Download The Zip File, Extract, Edit And Upload.
Edit a same webpage using Kompozer (that you downloaded in Step Two) Replace my referral links with your referral links. Remember to edit the Lead Capture Page and the Thank You page with your photo, your name, your Trafficwave name and your domain name. All the information you need to change the referral links should be in the text file that you created in Step One
4) Upload the webpage to your website using Filezilla (that you downloaded in Step Two)
Congratulations, you are all set up!
All you need now is a surfing plan, which you will find on the next page.
You can now proceed to Step Six
Your Surfing Plan
You should be surfing using the multi-tabbed browser Mozilla Firefox that you downloaded in Step Two
Set up Free Traffic Bar that you downloaded in Step Two so that every page you surf in the Traffic Exchanges also earns you Free Traffic Bar credits. Use your Lead Capture Page as your link in Free Traffic Bar.
Install Screenswarm that you downloaded in Step Two and set it as your screensaver, so that even when you are away from the computer you are earning page views in Screenswarm. Use your Lead Capture Page as your site in Screenswarm.
Bookmark the Traffic Exchanges from Step One in Firefox in groups of twelve. Surf twelve Traffic Exchanges at a time, each in a separate tab.
Surf each group of twelve for 200 page page views, then move on to the next group. Do this for as much time as you have available to surf each day. If you don't have enough time available then consider upgrading or purchasing credits at some of the traffic exchanges. At many Traffic Exchanges upgraded members receive random referrals and this provides another way to help grow your TE downlines. Only do this if your budget allows.
The more you surf the faster you will fill up your autoresponder with leads. The more referrals you get, the more credits they will earn for you. Use these credits to get your Lead Capture Page seen even more.
Traffic Hoopla is on the thank you page, which is seen after someone opts-in to your autoresponder. It is there for a good reason. Many people will enter a false email address, or never intend to confirm their email, they just want to see what it is you are offering. Many of these will still go on to join Traffic Hoopla as your referral and join Traffic Exchanges as your downline.
The10KTeam is listed on Step Two as a good way to grow a residual income from your Traffic Exchange marketing. When you can afford to do so, consider upgrading in The10KTeam as upgraded members there receive random referrals. Again, only do this when your budget allows.
